PHI — patient identifiers. Patient IDs and clinical detail. Do not export, screenshot, or forward outside Maywell. The list is fetched from a server-gated endpoint that re-checks your identity — it is deliberately not a static file.
⚠ ONE OPERATOR AT A TIME. This queue does not sync between computers.
Your attempts, statuses, and outcome notes are stored in this browser tab only — nobody else
can see them, and you cannot see theirs. If two people work this list at once,
you will call the same patients twice and neither of you will know.
Until shared state is built: one named person works the queue (Roxanna, or one call-center person she assigns), and hands off with Export → the next person uses Import. Export before you close the tab — closing it discards the session. Unexported changes

The other recall population — not seeded here, deliberately
444 referrals unbooked inside 180 days (from the 7/29 referral report: 2,631 booked / 1,664 never-booked = 61.3% conversion) is the second call-center queue, and it is worth more than this one.
It is not embedded in this page because that source carries patient names, mobile numbers, home phones, and email addresses — direct identifiers that should not sit in static page source on a CDN.
Use Import above to load a de-identified working file when Deb produces one, or work it from Athena directly.

Recurrence rule (30/60/90 item 7c). RFA recurs on a ~6–12 month clinical cycle by indication. Buckets here are computed from months since last RFA, not from a marketing cadence — this is clinically indicated recall, which is what keeps it defensible.
Seeded 2026-08-16 from RFA_callback_list_2026-08.xlsx (81 patients). Re-seed, don't re-type: Export → update the source → Import.
Owner: call center (kkrauss6 · akrauss3 · fguevara4), supervised by Roxanna. Contact order: text/portal first, call second — voicemail-only was the failure mode in the source sheet (23 of 81 rows read "LVM to schedule f/u", 3 booked).
