Every source, every month, from whatever you upload. Nothing here is hardcoded — drop in a fresh Athena export and every chart on this page recomputes. Only aggregate counts are stored; patient-level rows are parsed in memory and discarded.

For a full 12-month+ trend, also load the historical referral sheet (Referrals CLEAN from Maywell_MASTER_MERGED_v6) — the recent Athena exports only carry a few months, so "declining" and "went quiet" stay empty without it.
