The atlas retains its existing colored badges. The public/plain-language labels use the agreed symbols and their original palette. A shared meaning does not require the two palettes to be identical.
| Label | How to read it |
|---|---|
| DRAFT / PROVISIONAL | Prepared content awaiting the stated clinical or editorial review. |
| SYNTHETIC / DEMO | Illustrative scenarios or records. These do not establish a working patient registry. |
| STUB / GATED | Incomplete functionality or an unresolved prerequisite. Do not interpret it as a validated result. |
| CONDENSED | A summary is present; the full clinical monograph is pending. |
| PROPOSED preference | A suggested practice order, separate from evidence that one medicine outperforms another. |
| NNT / NNH | Read with the outcome, comparator, population and time horizon. Values across unlike studies are not a drug ranking. |
| Plausible / Speculative / Theoretical | Mechanistic confidence in borrowing evidence; separate from direct clinical efficacy and research certainty. |
| CARRY / PRECAUTION / WATCHLIST / REFUSE | Internal warrant categories. Read their safety, plausibility and testability rules in Doctrine & Gate; they are not clinical-trial grades. |
| TRIAL / TRANSPOSED / PRACTICE | Source/provenance categories in the decision harness; a PRACTICE entry is not automatically trial-supported. |
