What we sell, and what we don't.
Most supplement stores describe everything in the same confident voice. We grade ours, publish the grade on the product, and publish our refusals too.
Two shelves, honestly labeled
Every bundle we sell is drawn from the clinical therapeutic atlas our physicians use — the same evidence grading, carried straight onto the label.
Evidence Tier
Items with real clinical-trial support in a relevant condition, listed at the dose the trials actually used. If a study found a benefit, this is where it lives.
Community & Mechanism Tier
Items that many people report helping, with a plausible biological mechanism — but small or absent human trials. We could sell these with the same confident language everyone else uses. We don't. The honest sentence goes on the product, along with a suggested stop date so you can find out whether it earns its place for you.
What we don't sell — and why
A store is defined as much by its refusals as its shelves. These are popular items we deliberately do not carry:
If you are already taking one of these, bring it to your interaction check rather than stopping abruptly on your own.
Our evidence policy
- Every product traces to an entry in our clinical atlas, with its evidence grade attached.
- Product copy never claims more than the grade supports.
- Doses match what was studied — not what sells.
- Contested and excluded items are never sold, regardless of demand.
- Grades change when the evidence changes; bundles are reviewed quarterly.
- We tell you when the exact product studied in a trial isn't obtainable, rather than substituting quietly.
Free interaction check — patient or not
Supplements interact with prescriptions: blood thinners, thyroid medication, sedatives, diabetes medication. Send us your medication and supplement list and we will review it for interactions and pre-procedure holds. No charge, no obligation, and you do not need to be a patient of the practice.
Two things we check that most people miss: cumulative vitamin B6 across products (excess B6 causes the nerve symptoms people take it for), and blood-moving herbs that should be paused before a procedure.
